The AC was amazing and made my stay bearable during the hot summer weather. the front desk staff was friendly and we had a nice chat. I informed him that my wife was coming later and staying with friends which he noted in the system.
My overall experience was ruined by the fact that the hotel only provided one key and the GM wouldn't allow my wife up to the room at 10:30 pm. I had to be woken up to let her into the room, causing inconvenience and interrupting my sleep.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was close to the main highway and made getting to meetings easy. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. I appreciated the fact that they were accommodating to my late check-in time and made note of my wife's arrival. The air conditioning unit in the room was also a major plus. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature and made it easy to sleep.
There was one major issue that negatively impacted my stay. The hotel only provided one key and it was a hassle to obtain an additional one.

We recently stayed at a hotel, the AC was cold, and the front desk staff was great, with a personal touch. The location was close to our friends and easy to access. The room and bathroom were cleaned regularly with fresh towels. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were included. In-house facilities were enjoyable and modern, gym equipment, and pool. The staff was so helpful. They found us a perfect restaurant and arranged transportation. We had a great view of the city from our room.
The hotel's key policy was frustrating. We had to pay extra for a second key and the check-in staff wouldn't allow one of us in the room.
